1. General Information

Any use by you of the UrCareer Service constitutes your acceptance of all such terms and conditions, including any terms and conditions stated herein. If you do not accept the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement, do not use the UrCareer Service. Upon notice published through the UrCareer Service, we may modify this User Agreement at any time.

UrCareer grants you a terminable non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the UrCareer Service, products, and programs
including online sessions solely for your personal and noncommercial use in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
3. Permission to use content
The computer software, artwork and other components included in the UrCareer Service, products, and programs including online sessions are
the copyrighted property of UrCareer and its licensors. The UrCareer Service is licensed (not sold) to you, and UrCareer owns all copyright, trade secret, patent and other proprietary rights in the UrCareer Service.You may not copy, translate, distribute, rent, loan, lease or sublicense all or any portion of the UrCareer Service.
4. Privacy Policy
By registering for or using the UrCareer Service products, and programs including online sessions, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the our Privacy Policy. Before registering for or using the our Service, please carefully read the our Privacy Policy. You may access the Privacy Policy by clicking here or by emailing us at urcareer.gurgaon@gmail.com. You hereby acknowledge that by using the UrCareer Service and participating in online classes provided through the UrCareer Service, UrCareer may disseminate your name, likeness through its web site or another medium. In agreeing to use the UrCareer Service, you hereby irrevocably consent to UrCareer to use your name, likeness without compensation in the UrCareer Service.
5. Registration Information
You agree, as a condition of your use of our Services, to provide UrCareer with accurate and complete information when registering for
our Service. UrCareer has the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your use of its Service and to refuse any future use of its service(or any portion of the its Service) if we have reason to believe that you have failed to comply with these requirements.
6. Refund Policy
You may return any product, program and/or deactivate any online session within seven days of receipt of program, product or activation of online account respectively( Or as per the terms of Amazon or Udemy in case you bought our books from Amazon or courses from Udemy).
You may communicate the return of product, program or deactivation of account within seven days of purchase or activation respectively. In case you fail to communicate the return of product/program or deactivation of account, you will not be eligible for any refund. Refund will be either directly credited to your account or a cheque will be sent to your mailing address within 10 days. UrCareer will deduct courier, packaging expenses, and cancellation charges up to Rs. 1000 from refund amount.
Refund policy is not applicable for products or programs including online sessions having cost less than Rs. 1000.
Except as mentioned above, no product or program will be replaced. The entire refund policy is not applicable if you buy any product, program or online course under discount or promotional scheme. UrCareer may change its refund policy with or without any prior notice.
7. Restriction and Modification of Service
You agree and understand that UrCareer shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any alteration, deferral or cessation of its services.
Also, we have no responsibility or liability for any unavailability or limitation on use of the UrCareer Services. In addition, UrCareer reserves the
right at any time to Alter, restrict or discontinue its services with or without any prior notice.
8. Proprietary Rights
You understand and agree that the UrCareer Services, products, and programs including online sessions and any necessary software
used in connection with its services contain proprietary and confidential information that are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You further acknowledge and agree that Content contained in the information presented to you through its services is protected by governing laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
You agree and understand that UrCareer shall not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or punitive damage arising from the use or inability to use its services, programs or products whether academic or non academic.
10. Nature of the agreement
The User Agreement governs your use of the UrCareer Service, products, and programs including online sessions and constitutes the entire agreement between you and UrCareer. UrCareer may impose additional terms in future for use of its services, products, and programs including online sessions. These additional terms will not reduce, diminish, or eliminate any rights UrCareer possesses with respect to this User Agreement. You agree that UrCareer may communicate any notices to you, including notices of changes to the User Agreement, through e-mail, or through notification of change on UrCareer web site
11. Jurisdiction
The User Agreement and the relationship between you and UrCareer shall be governed by the laws of India without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to use of the its service, products, and programs including online sessions or the User Agreement must be filed within one year. You further understand and agree that the court of Gurgaon, India is the exclusive forum for litigation of any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to use of the UrCareer Service, products, and programs including online sessions or the User Agreement.
12. General
Any failure by UrCareer to exercise any rights or enforce any of the terms of this User Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or terms. If any provision or clause of this User Agreement stands invalid in a particular circumstance, the remainder of this User Agreement, or the application of such provision in other circumstances, shall not be affected thereby, and each provision hereof shall be valid and enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
